How can I end a abo which I didn't pay yet? I signed up for an abo and realised that it does not include the Indesign I needed and I now want to end the abo without having to pay anything. And no I did not activate it.
Please help!

if you subscribed (even if not installed/used), you started a paid subscription. now, you posted in the enterprise&teams forum. i assume that was an error (or contact your plan admin to cancel).
make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html
for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html
if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.
there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
phone:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

You do have no need to “activate” a subscription for being liable to pay.
You have posted to Enterprise & Teams forum, but I simply doubt that you have taken a Teams subscription.
If you are still in your 7 days test subscription, go to https://account.adobe.com/plans, manage the plan
you want to cancel and cancel. If you are in the first 14 days of your paid subscription, you can cancel and get refunded.
All other options require you to contact Adobe customer support. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
Support phone numbers may be found here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html. Please note that phone charges may apply.
For support via Twitter:

If you have a Teams subscription, despite what I assumed, you go to the admin console (https://adminconsole/support) and contact Adobe customer support.
As a side note: you may also be able to change your plan to a plan including InDesign!
