I don't understand.  If you have no money and no intention of paying, why did you order, why did you give Adobe a credit card to bill? 

There is nothing to cancel until the 8th day of service when your free trial converts to a paid plan.

You can download old versions only if you are a paying customer - and you can only download 2020 today. But why do you still ask questions if you have no intention of paying?

because i live in egypt my parents refused to support me to pay photoshop i tried to work on my youtube channel to earn money but the viewers and likes are so less i don't have jobs because i'm still young for that i'm 13

I don't know why you are telling us this Are you asking us to give you free software, we do not even work for Adobe? Or are asking us to help you break a promise to pay? We can only explain Adobe's policies. You should know there are many other photo editors, some of them are free. You do not need a Rolls Royce to get across town.

There are no old versions of Photoshop for you to download.  Sorry.

Until you're old enough to support yourself, use FREEWARE  Gimp and Inkscape.
