Erreur facturation plein tarif alors que je suis étudiante

Bonjour,

Depuis 3 mois je paie la formule plein tarif à 29,99€ alors que je suis étudiante et j'ai souscrit à la formule pour 19,50€. Pouvez-vous rétablir cela et me rembourser la différence des 3 mois svp ?
