hola buenas tardes desde hace 2 dias tengo el servicio de estudiante en crative cloud, el plroblema es que cuando instale el photoshop me sale el error de la imagen y no solo me pasa en photoshop sino que en todas las aplicaciones del pack crative cloud , ya borre y instale d nuevo 5 veces ambas aplicaciones y no pasa nada , hice la solucion de borrar las credenciales ,tampoco paso nada , estoy que me arranco los pelos necesito ayuda porfavor

Hey, @Franco Lucian38712994kmvd. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. Multiple other threads might help you address this issue. But none are recent. Have you recently updated Photoshop or the operating system?
You mentioned you're a student. Is this machine managed by a centralized IT team? If so, you might have to seek assistance to troubleshoot this issue.
If it is a personal machine, try these steps.
I'll need more info to help you figure this out. Ensure you've updated to the latest version once again.
Try these workflows & report back with what you find:
1- In the Creative Cloud app, press CTRL + ALT + T (Win) to launch Creative Cloud Troubleshooter & select 'Close Creative Cloud and related processes' > click on Go.
2- Windows - Press Windows + R to open the Run Window. Type in %temp% and delete files or folders with 'NGL' in their names.
3- Restart the computer. Sign in to Creative Cloud again & check if the issue exists.

Hola @Sameer K primero buenas tardes y gracias por tu ayuda , pero lamentablemente el error continua hice como me dijiste pero todavia pasa , si tengo que decir que ce menos de 1 mes actualice mi sistema operativo a windows 11 , talvez ese sea un problema? espero tu respuesta gracias
