Hola Adobe,

 

Estoy escribiendo para expresar mi preocupación respecto a una transacción reciente con su servicio. Inicié una prueba gratuita de su producto, el plan de Premiere Pro, que según su aplicación indicaba que si se cancelaba antes de los 15 días no se realizaría ningún cargo. Sin embargo, he notado un cobro de 26,43€ en mi tarjeta de crédito, que fue facturado el 17 de mayo de 2024 (Número de factura: 2766615293, Número de orden: 234089318).

 

A pesar de cancelar dentro del período de prueba especificado, no he recibido el reembolso prometido. A continuación, adjunto los detalles de la factura:

  • Producto: Plan de Premiere Pro
  • Cantidad: 1
  • Precio Total: (26.43€)

Les agradecería que revisaran este asunto y procesaran el reembolso correspondiente a la brevedad posible. Adjunto a este mensaje la factura original para su referencia.

if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
