Use la suscripción de prueba y al termino del dia la intente cancelar pero la pagina no me dejo.Lo intente realizar al dia siguiente y lo mismo pero cuando revisaba mis planes no tenia ninguno disponible.
Asumi que ya todo estaba resuelto pero al revisar mi tarjeta igual me cobraron 16 mi pesos.
Creo que esto no corresponde por lo que les solicito el reembolso.
