Hello everyone, I am currently experiencing issues renewing my Lightroom mobile app subscription. I purchased premium about two weeks ago and suddenly I do not have access to certain features anymore. I saw in the app that I needed to renew the subscription, but I received an error message saying they were unable to complete the purchase when I tried.  I also attempted to renew purchases and got the same error message. After contacting adobe support multiple times and speaking to many people from different departments, I did not receive the proper support. Additionally, I called Apple and they confirmed my subscription was paid for and still active. I have since restarted the app, my phone, deleted and then re-downloaded the app, and canceled and then immediately renewed my subscription. All apps and software are up to date. This is a very frustrating situation as I use this app for my job and it is negatively impacting my workflow/ performance.
