Extra charge on my photography plan

Hi,
I would like to ask if anyone has a problem with an extra charge upon subscribing to the Photography Plan? It is said to be SGD13.14 but I get another bill of SGD8.69. I see two similar plans on my account, but only one has an order number. I was charged on the same day last month, but for this month, it will be charged on different days. Can anyone help?

Cancellation fee if applicable is something that is mentioned in the terms and conditions we agree to. But still your best bet will be to get into contact with support atleast on chat and explain your situation, who knows you might land a discount. In any case this forum will be of no great help as i mentioned as we are just like you, users of the software.

Thanks for the reply, but that link doesn't provide a solution for me.
If I were to cancel one of the subscriptions which I do not know how it came about, I need to pay a cancellation fee. This is not right. I live in Singapore and it doesn't make sense to call into the hotline which would give me extra charges. There needs to be better customer support or service system.

Ok, I got in contact with an agent via the live chat. She helped me solved the issue with no extra charges and also provided a refund. It was a great help. Thanks for your response.
