Bonjour,
J'ai eu la très mauvaise surprise de voir un débit de 62,47 € sur mon compte en date du 17/10/2022 au nom d'ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUD que je n'ai jamais désiré.
Je tourne en rond pour annuler ce paiement et me faire rembourser car dans mon compte il est indiqué que je n'ai pas de formule payante et que je n'ai pas de commande...
Pouvez-vous svp m'aider à me faire rembourser et à effacer me sinformation s de carte bancaire de votre base de données car quand je suis le sindications pour le faire, je n'ai pas accès à unlien "Modifier un paiement ou une carte"...

Please contact Adobe support, only they can help in such issues. To contact support follow the instructions given below
1. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
2. Wait a bit on the page that opens up, it should automatically open a chat popup. If that does not happen then look for a call out/chat icon at the bottom right, click over it and the chat popup should open
3. In order to talk to a human type "AGENT" in the chat box
4. If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.
