Failed to upgrade plan

I'm trying to upgrade my photography plan from 20GB to 1TB but, when I proceed to pay, a pop-up window tells me I already own the upgraded plan, which I obviously don't, and gives me only the option to subscribe to a teams plan. 

I'm also having a hard time contacting the support because, at least in Italy, it's impossible to contact an agent, neither on chat nor on a phone call. The support website only gives you the option to post to the forum. I'd like to be contacted directly by some staff member to sort this out, thanks.

Problem is that, at least in my region, the help center itself redirects me to the forum and there's no option to contact an agent directly. 

Or, perhaps, could be Safari that blocks that particular script, in this case I'll try from another browser.

if you see the chat field and can enter text, it's not a browser issue.

 

did you type agent (or agent in italian) in the chat field?  if yes, that's the best you can do.
