I am trying to edit a PDF through Adobe Acrobat Pro. When I click "Edit," a message appears asking me to buy Adobe Acrobat Pro. However, when I attempt to buy it or start a trial, it tells me that I have already purchased the software. How can I get the Pro version to work when I have already bought it but it continues to request a software purchase?

I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Account, Payment, & Plan forum.
