Fenster "Abrechnung und Zahlung" schließt sich immer mit einer Fehlermeldung

Ich versuche seit geraumer Zeit die Adresse für eine Adobe-Stock-Rechnung zu ändern. Leider schließt sich das Fenster "Abrechnung und Zahlung" immer mit einer Fehlermeldung. Das Problem tritt auf diversen Endgeräten und Browsern auf. Was kann ich tun?

Thank you, but that's exactly what I've been trying to do for days. However, the popup window always closes immediately with an error message. I tested it in Google Chrome, Edge, and Firefox.
