Firefly Account Not Accessible on Desktop

New Here ,
Apr 22, 2025 Apr 22, 2025

Hello!

I can't access my account from any browser or computer — it only works on my phone.

I have cleared cookies and cache, restarted my devices, but nothing helps.

Could you please tell me what might be the issue?

I would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this problem.

Thanks,

Ok, I am moving this to the account forum as it seems more account related than Firefly specific.

use an updated browser that's not opera.  using a mobile phone's browser with wifi disabled almost ensures there will be no browser/network ssue.
