Hello,
I have signed up to the free trial about a month ago, then forgot to cancel and have paid for one montly payment. I am wondering if there is any chance i could cancel the annual plan without continue payment. Thank you. (I have only just discovered about the 14 days free cancellation policy.., is there any chance I could request for a free refund?).

you're outside the free cancellation period. you can cancel but you'll be penalized 1/2 the remaining amount of your subscription.
