I forgot to cancel my free trial, and now it has charged me. I can’t cancel it due to a billing issue because I don’t have enough funds to pay. I’ve tried contacting an agent, but every time an agent joins, it just sends an automated message and then leaves.
Never mind, I’ve managed to cancel it now.
