J'ai vraiment besoin d'aide, c'est tellement important

Voilà, j'ai souscris à l'abonnement étudiant avec mon adresse e-mail de l'école. Je télécharge Creative Cloud après avoir confirmé mon adresse e-mail et voit que les applications dans l'abonnement ne sont pas celles que je devais avoir... Je clique sur mon profil et je vois que la formule est celle d'adobe entreprise... J'avais bien choisi étudiant ...
