Hello, I want to ask you a question,
I wanted to try your free trial version and I don't know if I managed to end it in time, because today I received an email about a billing problem. I canceled all free plans, do I still have to pay anything? I don't know how to contact support.

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.
there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

I checked my email again and I probably canceled the subscription a day later (one day after the free trial), unfortunately I don't have that much money (€77), but I read that if I cancel the subscription within 14 days, then I will be refunded. Do I have to pay this amount (€77)?
I tried to contact support via chat but it doesn't work. The chatbot keeps telling me that I have no active plan and I don't have a twitter account, please help meðŸ˜.

what date did you start your trial?
what date does adobe show that you canceled? (or does your account show a payment problem?)

I started the free trial on 18.2, when I wanted to cancel it on 26.2, I got an offer to extend it for another week (until March 3), unfortunately I forgot about it yesterday and canceled it only today. So I got the unsubscribe email today (March 4th).
Please can something be done about it?
