Fristgerechte Kündigung bzw. deaktivierung der automatischen Verlängerung

Hallo liebe Community 🙂

 

Leider habe ich den Zeitpunkt der Kündigung des kostenlosen Probeabos verpasst und muss offensichtlich nun 1 ganzes Jahr lang, monatlich eine Genickbrechende Summe zahlen. Wenn ich das Abo nun schon mal fristgerecht kündigen möchte finde ich nur den Punkt der sofortigen / frühzeitigen Kündigung und soll dann eine mich in die Privatinsolvenz führende Summe im dreistelligen Bereich zahlen. SCHÖNE SCHEISSE!

 

Wie kann ich ganz einfach nun schon mal fristgerecht kündigen bzw. eine automatische Verlängerung nach einem Jahr deaktivieren / widersprechen?

be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

Mein Jahresabo hat sich auch verlängert, nur dieses mal nicht für 250 Euro sondern zu 650 Euro - toll.
Witzig finde ich, dass ich mein Abo ganz normal kündigen konnte aber das geht nur bis zum Vertragsende in 1. Jahr und nicht frühzeitig. Andere berichten sie könnten gar nicht vorzeitig kündigen.
Ich musste die Kündigungsmaske auch mehrmals durchlaufen, weil ständig irgendwie wieder was anderes vorgeschlagen wurde oder plötzlich ist man auf einer anderen Seite.
Die Intention ist ja offensichtlich: <expletive deleted - kglad> auf Verbraucherrechte oder Kundenzufriedenheit.

you can cancel any time, but there's a penalty for cancelling a one year commitment prior to the receipt of final payment.

 

ie, for those with annual subscriptions paid monthly, cancel after your 12 payment is received.  you usage will be disabled as soon as you cancel, so generally cancelling a few days prior to the end of the one year commitment is a good strategy.
