Give info to foreign gov?

A new terms agreement is popping up for signature and not allowing my use of the software.  I don't want to have my personal information shared with a foreign country.  What is my choice?

you can agree, or not agree.  and, if you fail to agree, and therefore fail to accept the agreement terms, you won't be allowed to use the software.
