there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Hi,

Check out @kglad's reply. Quick and easy!

To add on:

  1. Social Media Platforms: You can tweet to @AdobeCare to get support for something like this.
  2. Forums: These are largely user-to-user based forums, as an FYI. However, you can get great support here.
  3. Chat: You can get direct support with our chat agents here. The pod is in the lower right corner.
  4. Contact a local Adobe office: I don't advise you do this. Chat or tweet to @AdobeCare instead.
  5. Escalate the issue: You can do such things via chat or by tweeting to @AdobeCare.
  6. Credit Card Company: Not necessary. Just contact us and we can help with billing. Up to you, though.

I hope the added info helps.

Thanks,
Kevin
