Got charged and didn't order anything

I've been getting charged $65.31 since May of 2024 and never ordered anything. I didn't do any free trials. I didn't even have an account with Adobe and had to create one just to post here. I don't have any Adobe products on any of my devices. When I try to talk to the support AI it simply doesn't understand what I'm saying. I typed "agent" and it said I couldn't connect with an agent because I don't have an active plan. I can't get anybody on the phone either. Any suggestions?

contact your credit card company to report fraud, if you're confident you gave no one permission to use your card.
