I haven't had an active subscription in over 2 years. I'd like to start a new, different subscription. To do so I would like to
1) change my country
2) delete my old billing information
1) This guide advises that I can change my country from the billing page when setting up a new subscription, but the country drop down menu is greyed out and cannot be edited.
2) Before I had selected the option to add a new payment method, the billing page had automatically populated with old billing information. I haven't been able to find this information in my account details. How do I delete it?
3) Also, I'd prefer to not to get into details in a public forum so if there's way to talk to someone privately that would be preferred.

Also, neither my old country or new country are serviced by Digital River.
