Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
ich habe am 11. April, nach Erhalt einer E-Mail von Ihnen, mein Adobe CC Abo verlängert. Allerdings lief mein altes Abo bis zum 11.Mai.
Bei der Verlängerung wurde mir eine Gutschrift versprochen, die ich bisher noch nicht erhalten habe.
Wann kann ich mit der Gutschrift rechnen?

Thank you very much. But I can't locate the chat function. If I follow the link I only get links to the help information and a sign, that there should be a chat symbol to click but I don't see any.

If you use the link i gave i.e.

You don't need to find and click on the chat icon. The chat popup would open up automatically, if it does not then try changing your browser/computer/network. Also make sure you have JS enabled and all script/ad blockers and firewalls if any are disabled.
