I am quite infuriated. I checked online for how to stop auto-renewal and the advice online (https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/manage-auto-renewal-settings.html) is to cancel the subscription after the final payment. I did this yesterday and was expecting to be able to use CC for as long as I paid for, until the renewal date.
However the cancellation was effective immediately. Anyone knows how this can be reversed and I can get to use the product for the time that I paid for?
