Beste,
Heb upgrade van Adobe standart naar Adobe Pro uitgevoerd op zelfde account maar moet claime betalen voor stopzetting van Adobe standart. ER word nu facturen opgemaakt en verrekend op creditcard voor zowel Standart & Pro ??????? Is dit normaal dat je dubbel wordt afgerekend voor dezelfde service???

No, it's not normal and Account issues are best solved by Adobe customer service. Except if someone from Adobe chimes here in and cancels the duplicate subscription.

I can see that you have an active subscription for Adobe Acrobat Pro. The invoices are generated in the similar way for both the subscription. Do you have any additional questions for us?

That should not happen. Could @peter370385756cnk, share the invoice you received which shows the cancellation amount? We'll make sure it gets rectified. ^SG
