Hello, does anyone know how to avoid or disable the 2-step verification option, I already disabled it but still send me the code by email and cell phone ... I don't want that to happen

Hello.
The other day, I turned off two-factor authentication, but I was asked for a two-factor code.
At work, I had the worst case of not being able to receive my code and logging in because I couldn't find my mobile phone or read my home email.

There is no particular change in the environment ... Is it a system trouble?

It looks like you could manage the Two-step verification setting in your Adobe account here:
