Help: Beuppy doesn't work anymore

Hello, I hope someone can help me.

In november I bought a licence by Beuppy (good reviews on Trustpilot). It worked very well until january. There was a problem with my account, I send a Whatsapp to Beuppy, they were very kind & helpful and I thought the problem was solved. Unfortunately they only installed a free trial at my Beuppy account. Now I send them another message to solve this but they don't answer anymore. This has been a day ago, so I would like to wait a little longer, but I'm a bit sceptical now since I've seen that a few reviews tell me the same thing.

Did someone have this before? If so, what did you do to get your money back? We're only in the 4th month of my licence.

Thanks a lot in advance

I'm sorry, but what has any of this to do with Adobe?

Your issue is with whoever took your money, yes?

Yes, but what if they don't answer me anymore? I already send them messages. (it has been a day, so I don't want to be unpatient yet)

then you'll have an issue with them, but 24 hrs isn't giving them much of a chance.
