Help me ... i can’t believe

I try free trial and after a itry every time to delete trial/account but nothing.

 

every 2/3 days inreceved automatic paymwnt from paypal ( my credit card/patpal is empty ) And paymant dont't work ( of course and i don't want pay).

i try to chat with adobe ( inpossible ), i try to delete paymant or account ) impossibile...

i can't do anytithing and i am so angry.

 

i pay ( for wrong ) 2 months but i try immediatly ( form 2 days before free trial end ) to delate.

 

please, how i can stop this???
