Can someone please help me to cancel a subscription.
I have a direct debit to my Visa once a month with the description reading 'ADOBE ACROPRO SUBS'. I don't have a clue what I signed up for but I just want to cancel. I have logged onto my account with two know email addresses (I only have two) and both accounts say I have no subscriptions or plans.
Is this a scan from ADOBE? Can someone please help as I'm gettiung very fustrated with the lack of support receioved from this company.

Please go to Adobe Customer Service (make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups on your browser) and only ask to have your activations reset:

Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.
