Help with recurring charges I can’t stop

I am in desperate need of help. For the past 2+ years, 1 have been getting charged monthly for an Adobe service I don't even have access to.
Each month, my checking account gets charged $21.61, without fail. Unfortunately, I have no idea what Adobe account of mine is charging me. I've logged in using every email address I have and all of the accounts say there are no active subscriptions. I'm worried that the account being charged may have been one with my old college or work email that I no longer have access to.
And, unfortunately, you need to be able to access your email when you try to log in (they send you a code via email).
I have tried emailing Adobe Support so many times about this and have never had a response. I've begged my bank (Wells Fargo) to put a stop to Adobe from pulling money from my account and they've told me l need to cancel it through Adobe, not them.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Mama, I am sorry, but the only active subscription I see is the one you just started through the Apple app store. Please make sure to complete the steps at https://adobe.ly/4b8ieso to cancel the new subscription that you purchased through Apple. ^JW
