My son order a test period ans now my Account is beeing billed like 60 Ęuro/month!

How Do i reclaim it whitout the cost?

You need to tell your son to do a better job of reading while buying a subscription

Depends when you first subscribed.

Cancellation Terms
You can cancel your subscription anytime via your Adobe Account page or by contacting Customer Support*. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial order, you’ll be fully refunded. Should you cancel after 14 days, your payment is non-refundable, and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period.

Oh, by the way, the rules of Adobe subscriptions are strict. Only the named person on the account may use the software. It may not be shared with friends, colleagues or family. If you and your son both want to use the software, you each need a subscription, even if you share a computer.
