Help! I keep getting charged for a subscription but I cancelled 4 months ago. Please let me know how to discontinue the unauthorized charges.

As we have checked the subscription, there is currently an active subscription of Acrobat pro DC. Kindly cancel that subscription to stop getting charged.
Here is a help document you can refer to:
https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html
Let us know if that helps.
Thanks,
Harsh

How did you cancel the first time? For example, uninstalling the software isn't cancelling. Calling Adobe and being offered 1-2 months free also isn't cancelling.

I followed the instructions where I had to click on 'manage subscriptions'. Now, when I click OB 'manage subscriptions' and try to go in and cancel, there's no option for me to cancel. I have been clicking and looking everywhere and I don't see that option anymore. I also looked for an option by going in through the apps on my phone. I've looked everywhere. Is there a way you can just cancel my subscription for me? I authorize you to please cancel my subscription. Or, forward this to someone who has the authority to do so. I can't find the option to click on that says cancel subscription anymore. Please help

Maybe you subscribed to more than one plan under a different email address.
