Hi,
I'm fuming because I've been subscribed to the Photography plan @ £14.99 for a long time now and I got an alert saying that there was an issue with my billing, so I checked it and there was some issue with my paypal apparently.
So I quickly went in, resaved the details and it said it had now received payment for my outstanding plan, great. Problem is I was signing up to the Creative Cloud Pro plan, even though I had a Photography plan and I had no idea I was signing up?!
As far as I knew I have never used the Creative Cloud Pro plan as I only use Photoshop and had no issues for a couple of years at least.
Now I feel I was misled by this and I cannot cancel the plan as even just two minutes after realising the mistake I tried to cancel and it said that I would owe them this much:
I mean, this is ridiculous right?
You can see here that I now have two active plans, and this latest one is £68 a MONTH.
I've never falled for a trick like this before and YES I'll probably get no sympathy here but I promise you I will never use Photoshop or any Adobe products if this is not sorted and a full refund is given.
I don't need the expensive plan, I was misled into thinking it was my Photography plan that had a billing issue and only after I logged back into my paypal and pressed save did it tell me what I was actually signing up for and then immediately I tried to cancel and I got the ridiculous message at the top saying I owe £341 if I cancel now.
I mean, come on.
Does anybody have a number I can ring as the help and support is useless and the AI bot may as well be a hedgehog attached to it own a**s for all the good it is.
Sorry I'm fuming.
Thanks for any help
Darrell

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html
and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
if you're unable to follow the steps described, check your account (https://account.adobe.com) for a payment problem. all payment problems must be resolved before cancellation is enabled, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html
