My company credit card is being charged 2x per month ($14.99 and $16.99).

I have no clue what email addresses these charges are associated with.  The company was sold in 2019 and most employees have departed.  I've already tried 15 different email addresses but the charges aren't associated with them.

How can I find out what email addresses are associated with the monthly charges?

Since I can't find an Adobe account that is a paying customer, I can't get Adobe support to assist me.

Any help would be hugely appreciated.

Thank you community!!

Contact your bank and close the cards to further charges.

Update #1: I've called customer support 3x so far.  1-800-833-6687.

Each time I get in touch with a human (which is good).

Each time I was very calm and gracious (also good).

Each time I was magically disconnected.  The person on the other line didn't seem angry or frustrated or confused.  The line just went dead.  One time is understandable.  Two times is coincidence.  Three times?  What's wrong with Adobe's phone system?
