How can I find proof on your interface that we have settled my months plan?

Hi There,
My financial lady ( I'm using her credit card ) needs proof that we have payed months ( Febuary and March 2023 ), amount using my Adobe plan which is ( yearly payed monthly )?
I can use my Adobe plan ok but the amount coming off her bank account is not reflecting on her credit card account?
She is concerned. Please help.
