In the adobe page the statement below is "get real help from real people". Where are those real people? Its just more articles. I need a real person who can cancel my subscription. It has a billing problem at the moment but there is no cancel button, just wants me to update the info. Where is the cancel button?

If the information does not help, then you need to contact support. To contact support follow the instructions given below
1. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
2. Wait a bit on the page that opens up, it should automatically open a chat popup. If that does not happen then look for a call out/chat icon at the bottom right, click over it and the chat popup should open
3. In order to talk to a human type "AGENT" in the chat box
4. If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.

Chrome support is aweful. In edge the bubble always appear. On chrome from times to times.

We can archive this one. Strange thing though - I had an edge opened chat and it appeared in my chrome as well, otherwise the baloon doest show up.

I already mentioned that the chat icon/bubble could be resolved by using a different browser. Anyhow, did you get connected to the support executive, were you able to get help?

There is inconsistency in the bubble - sometimes it appears in chrome and sometimes it doesnt, but always appear if you have it opened somewhere else. Got to the support agent and we had the issue sorted.
