Can anyone help? Today I was overthinking of subscribing the photoshop firefly and subscribed two times -- and unsubscribed twice as well. So, if I unsubscribed at the end, why did the money go — twice? How can a request the refund? How do I get my money back from two cancelled subscriptions?
I cancelled them twice after subscribing, and yet they took the money... twice!!! I am mad!!!

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.
there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
