How can I resign-in the same accounts that I deleted accounts?
I had signed in with the wrong date of birth in the first place so I deleted the whole account.
After that, I want to re-sign in but login alert said that my account is existed and inactivate for login.
Is there any way to activate a have been deleted account?

No. A deleted account is gone forever. There is no way to bring it back from the dead.
Create a new account with a different e-mail.
