How can I speak to a real person at Adobe?

Hello

 

Finding it hard to find how I can speak to someone in a chat or on the phone from the UK.

 

Can anyone help?

When you connect in the chat just type AGENT, and it will know you want to talk to a real person. Be prepared for a long wait.

It is annoying, if not frustrating to call and then get hung up on.  Teams meetings never happen,   They never connect.   I am spending tons of money on these products and I cannot get a Sales rep or support person to call me.   I have both business account as well.   I need support for mostly billing (To get costs under control) and product support as many of the products are crashing (Windows 11).    We have alwasy had issues with the AdobeARM update.   For years this has been an issue.

 

I have even considered calling the CEO to ask for help.
