How can I talk to a human from Adobe Support?

I've accidentally paid for a subscription with an email account that's not mine.

I can't find any help on any of the forums, and feel like this is something I have to get help from someone I can actually talk to.

Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
