How do I access my individual CC membership while using my Universities e-mail address to sign-in?

Hi,

Just needing some help please. I have paid for creative cloud which includes photoshop, about a month ago. I havent used it yet as limited time. I have gone to use it and unable as it is saying trial over, but I never did the trial as I gave credit card details and support person set up . I have tried many times to contact support person via email and of course no response. Is there any contact numbers or other ways apart from community page. Thanks

As per the 'Purchased Creative Cloud apps appear as trial versions' help entry, please check if your current subscription is active and that your payment method details are up-to-date:

 

If both are fine, then you may want to try logging out and logging back into the 'Creative Cloud desktop app'. This often fixes the "trial has expired" issue.
