How do I cancel a subscription for someone who has passed away?

Hello,

I pay for the Adobe Creative Cloud subscriptions/accounts for the staff in my department with my university procurement card.  As is usual, Adobe automatically charges this card once a year.

Unfortunately, one staff person died a month ago, and I do not have access to his Adobe account.  How do I deactivate his subscription agreement so my card does not get inappropriately charged?

Thanks for you help,

Jim
