Hello.

I had a full plan with Adobe and was going to cancel it and replace it with a simpler one, but I missed it and was charged for another year (Creative Cloud All Apps - Annual plan, prepaid).

I want to cancel this plan and get a refund what should I do?

According to the regulations, if I cancel the plan within 14 days from the date of purchase (from today) I will get a refund. But when I want to cancel the plan on my account, I get information that the plan will be terminated at the next billing (in a year).

What is another way to cancel this plan so that it ends before 14 days and I can get a refund?

you're subject to a penalty if you cancel, but if you change plans you can eliminate that possibility.

to change plans and avoid penalty, contact adobe support.  there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

phone:

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
