Hello, I want to cancel my creatuve cloud monthly subscription, but it shows that I need to pay extra 222$ for an early canceling!! I already got charged couple days ago!! Is there any way to get a refund instead of paying extra?
When you go past the allowed 14 days you have agreed to a one year contract, which has a fee of 1/2 of the remaining time if you cancel before the end of your contract year... ask support

There's no early termination fee for cancelling the costlier month-to-month plan. You can cancel a month-to-month anytime without penalty.
But there is a fee for cancelling an annual plan (paid monthly, or prepaid). The cancellation fee is 50% of your remaining months of service. To avoid penalty fees, wait until your 12th month of service to cancel, before it auto renews for another year.
