Hi there,

I created a portfolio years ago, using a free account attached to an email adress that no longer exist today (closed company)

My concern is that this portfolio, with my name, is still accessible, and I can't modify/deactivate it. How Can I regain access to such an old account ?

thanks for your help

This is a public forum, you need the link to Adobe support for account issues
Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
-make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
-you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for the link to work

Customer Care cannot help you with Portfolio. That's outside their wheelhouse.

If this was your personal plan and you still have a paid Creative Cloud subscription, you would need to transfer your old Portfolio to your current Adobe ID by contacting the Portfolio team directly.

If you don't have a paid subscription, it's a moot point because your portfolio is not online anymore.
