How do I find out if my cancelled payment went through?

Whoever is delivering my mail is a jabbering puttyhead who keeps delivering it to a street which is at a right angle to mines but has same building number but completely different street name, sometimes I get the mail of the person in the other street who is in the same building and flat number but different street name. This has been going on for a couple of years, I went in and complained in person at the main post office about a year ago when my credit was frozen because of the monthly cc bill being returned as undelivered after going to wrong street, same has happened this month and last month.

I got an email from Adobe today telling me that my payment had failed, I phoned my cc company and my account had been frozen again because of the returned mail, I had it unfrozen and put the payment through but keep getting popups saying that my payment failed again. I've followed the how to on did your payment go through but all I get is a PDF with the invoice etc, there's nothing saying the payment has failed but the popups keep appearing saying the payment failed. I haven't had a follow up email to say that it failed nor one to say that it succeeded. I don't want to keep repeating trying to make the payment incase it went through the first time after I had the card unfrozen.

Thanks John. My security was probably stopping me getting to anything other than the community boards, sorted now, cheers.
