This is a public forum, not the link to Adobe support
-other users here can't help with an account problem
Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
-you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for this to work
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html
-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long

I had responded to a post almost exactly the same as what you typed about a month ago. It started almost exactly the same with "My fellow photographers and Retouchers".

Are you the same person that asked this question before under a different username?

In any event the answer is right in text you typed.

They received a 3 month EXTENSION of their SUBSCRIPTION and more than like they only got that extension after they had agreed to sign up for another Full year subscription.

The topic title of your posts asked "How do "I" get a FREE subscription due to the virus".

The answer to that question is you don't get a free subscription because of the virus.

You MAY, or you may not, get a 3 month extension once you Sign Up for a Full Year subscription.

That is all up to Adobe at the time you Sign Up for a subscription and or contact them about your subscription and getting an extension.

Best of luck to you.

All it's missing is the phrase, "I would be very great!" to be almost identical to three other messages I've responded to, and flagged, in the last month.
