How do I get the refund for canceled subscription?

I checked my two accounts, there's no subscription. However, I found that my credit card kept billing every month from Sep 2024 to Dec 2024. I only used PS once on Aug.

 

I couldn’t find any supported way on your website to deal with this issue. Could you please help me to check and refund the fee from Sep 2024 to Dec 2024?
