I want to change my current all apps plan to two separate plans. Namely the Photography plan and the 3D Texturing plan.
However, I can see no simple way to do this through the Account Management page. Can anyone here help me or direct me on how to do this. I would like to put through the payment myself and not purchase it through the help chat on the website. I spoke with someone there and they said they could add the plan there but that is not ideal as I have no control over the initial payment.
Thank you in advance.

I am not aware of anything to stop you taking out two plans on the same Adobe ID. They are not a custom plan , just two plans. If you need to cancel, you may need to contact Adobe; there is often a penalty which they might waive if the new plans cost more than the old.
You don't buy plans from the account page, though.

Hi Jeff,
Thank you for your reply, I simply want to cancel my current plan. Then purchase two separate plans so that I can access the apps I need. I opened a secure chat session earlier but those are not an ideal way to make a purchase of this nature. I should be able to do this through the Plan Management secition of the Creative Cloud website. I did find a phone number buried on one of the plan pages, allowing me to make a purchase over the phone which I think is what I will do.
It do find it a bit odd that there is no easy way for a customer to simply add two plans to their account. I can't understand why I cannot just select the apps I need and be charged a monthly/annual subscription for them as a custom plan.
Anyway, thank you again for your reply Jeff, I appreciate the information .
Kind regards,

OK, thanks for the info, I will take a look at cancelling my plan overall and then just adding two plans onto my ID to see if works.
Many thanks
Kind regards.

Hi John,
Thanks very much for the detailed information and the outline as well for how best to speak with the chat box help.
Very much appreciated. I will look into cancelling without a fee and if not will have to wait until my current plan expires and I will take it from there.
Kind regards.
