How do I switch to a student subscription?

I noticed that I am not on the student subscription service. I have an active creative cloud subscription, and I would like to switch over to the student subscription. How can I do this?

You need to contact support to help cancel your current subscription without a fee

Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below

To avoid penalty fees for cancelling early, wait until your 12th month to cancel your current plan.  Or ask an agent to waive the cancellation fee for you so you can get a new plan at the student rate.  Keep in mind that the 60% discount is for the first year only.  After that it goes up to approx 40% off until you cancel.
